Thank you for shopping with DTFSupplies.com. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy outlined below before initiating a return request.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the specialized nature of our products (Direct-to-Film printing supplies, including inks, films, and powders), all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product(s).
  • The product(s) arrived significantly damaged or defective due to manufacturing error.

Reporting Issues

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period cannot be honored.

To report your issue, please:

  • Contact us immediately at support@dtfsupplies.com.
  • Provide your order number, clear photographs or video of the damaged or incorrect product, and a detailed description of the issue.

Return Process

Upon receiving your notification, our support team will evaluate the claim promptly. If approved:

  • We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The return shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.
  • Products must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving return approval.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless the damage prevents safe handling or packaging.

Note: Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Refunds or Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s):

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned product.
  • Refund amounts include the cost of the product and applicable taxes but exclude original shipping costs, except where we shipped incorrect items.

Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  • Products that were correctly delivered, functional, and undamaged upon receipt.
