Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) upon receiving payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2-3 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. DTFSupplies.com is not responsible for delays due to carrier disruptions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Damages and Lost Shipments

DTFSupplies.com is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once handed to the carrier. We strongly encourage customers to select shipping methods with insurance coverage for protection. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item(s).

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable due to customer absence, refusal of delivery, or incorrect information provided will incur reshipping charges if reshipped. Refunds for such returned orders will exclude original shipping costs and may incur a restocking fee.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellation and Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@dtfsupplies.com. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or altered.
